If there's one thing we hate above all else, it's companies that nickel-and-dime their clients. So we don't do that. We know that owner/operators are about maximizing return on investment.

This is our basic service for branded properties.  It covers travel to-and-from the property, 2 days of photography time, post-production and licensing, and at least 60-100 finished images that include:
Twilight (Hero) Exterior
Daylight Exterior
All Common Spaces
3-6 Images of Each Unique Room Type


Our Platinum Package includes all "Resort Package" deliverables, plus an additional 20 lifestyle images, and Five (5) fully-edited, professionally-produced 60-second video tours of the property.
                I. Are the travel expenses included in your                  packages or covered additionally?                  
All domestic travel expenses are included with each of our packages.  International expenses are additional.
II. What if                  we want something additional for our property that's not in our package?                  
If you are wanting services that are part of another package without having to upgrade a whole package level (e.g. adding aerial to the Basic Package), let us know what you are interested in, and we'll put together some "a la carte" pricing options for you.
III. We want do formal portraits of our management staff when you're here... is that OK?                  
More than okay, it’s an absolute must!  Your people are your greatest asset!  It's important for guests to see the faces of those that are managing the property.  We are happy to photograph your management team for no additional charge.  Just let us know on arrival that you would like that service.
IV. How long does it take to receive the                  photos after the photographer leaves and how will those be delivered?                  
We typically turn around your images within 10 days of departure.  We upload them to Dropbox, and send you a link to download.  Currently, we do not offer upload services to the various flags.
V. How do we prepare for  your arrival?                  
About 2 weeks before we arrive on-site, we will send you a document titled "What We Need" that will identify things you can do in advance to make our job easier.  On the day of shooting your conference room(s), please have at least 1 full time employee available to set up and tear down the various configurations that you want photographed.  On the day of shooting the rooms, please have a housekeeper available to do last-minute detail work to the rooms you have set aside for us to photograph.
